What’s the relationship between Magelon Feeds & Magelon CSS?
Every Magelon Feeds subscription includes full access to Magelon CSS for each sub-account at no extra cost. However, the two products work independently. You can use Magelon Feeds with any CSS provider, including Google’s own or your own Whitelabel CSS.
In which countries is Magelon CSS available?
Magelon CSS is available in all countries supported by the Google CSS Partner program. Magelon Feeds is available globally regardless of location.
Do you offer support?
We provide technical support for Magelon Feeds and CSS integration. We don’t offer campaign management or Google Ads consulting, but we’ll help you get our tools integrated into your workflow.
Are the free tools free to use?
Yes. The free tools, such as the CSS savings calculator and the product title optimizer, need no sign-up or Magelon account. They run in your browser, so the data you enter is not sent to our servers.
Magelon Feeds
How often are product feeds updated?
Source feeds are refreshed every 4 hours. Changes from rules or segments apply immediately. Sync timing to external platforms depends on each platform’s own refresh schedule.
What if I need a channel or marketplace that isn’t listed?
Send us an email. We regularly add new ad networks and marketplaces, and can usually have a new channel available in a short time.
Magelon CSS
Which Google Ads campaign types work with Magelon CSS?
Magelon CSS works with all campaign types that connect to Google Merchant Center, including Performance Max, Standard Shopping, and Dynamic Display Ads for both remarketing and prospecting.
Where will my products appear with Magelon CSS?
Your products will appear on all standard Google Shopping placements: main Search results, Shopping tab, Images, YouTube, and the Google Display Network. They will also be listed on magelon.store as part of the CSS Partner program.
Which Google Ads placements benefit from the CSS margin reduction?
The CSS margin reduction applies exclusively to product listings on the main Google Search results page. It does not apply to other placements such as the Shopping tab, YouTube, Display Network, or any non-Shopping ad format.
Whitelabel CSS
What is Whitelabel CSS?
Whitelabel CSS lets your agency become a CSS provider under its own name. Your clients’ Google Shopping ads show your agency’s brand instead of Magelon’s, so every impression builds your visibility and helps you reach new retailers. Magelon provides the technology, so you don’t need to build your own CSS platform.
How is Whitelabel CSS priced?
Whitelabel CSS is a separate product that lets you run a CSS under your own brand. It is not part of the Magelon Feeds plans above: it is priced on its own, starting from €200/month, and does not require a Magelon Feeds subscription.
Image Templates
What is Magelon Product Image Templates?
Product Image Templates is part of Magelon Feeds, found under Image Templates in the Magelon app. You create templates, define rules that decide which products receive each design, and Magelon automatically generates a branded creative for every product from your feed data, including titles, prices, images and brand logos.
Can different products use different designs?
Yes. Create as many templates as your catalog needs and assign them with rules based on product data, for example one template for a category, another for a brand, one for a price range, and seasonal designs for selected products or segments.
Which channels can I use the creatives on?
Meta, TikTok, Pinterest and other advertising and product-feed channels. Because Product Image Templates is part of Magelon Feeds, the dynamic product images are available wherever your feed is distributed, and you can use a different set of templates for each channel.
Pricing & billing
What is a sub-account?
Each sub-account covers one webshop domain or country of sale, linked to one Google Merchant Center account.
Are channel or product limits per sub-account?
Channel and product limits are shared across all sub-accounts in your plan, not applied individually to each one.
Are there any extra fees beyond the subscription price?
No hidden fees. Your plan price is based only on the number of products and sub-accounts, with no extra costs for clicks, sales or traffic volume. Optional add-ons, such as Product Image Templates, are priced separately.
Do you offer a discount for agencies or multi-store merchants?
Yes. Our plans include multiple sub-accounts, and higher-tier plans offer better per-account pricing. If you manage more accounts than our standard plans cover, contact us for a custom quote.
How is Product Image Templates priced?
Product Image Templates is an optional add-on to any Magelon Feeds plan. It is priced per sub-account by the number of products, starting from €99/month for up to 2,000 products. Unlike plan limits, these tiers are not shared across sub-accounts.
Is VAT included in the price?
No, VAT is not included in the listed prices and will be applied where applicable.
